- Data corrections: If you believe a storm report or factual claim is incorrect, please include the specific URL, the claim in question, and the source of the correct information.
- Storm reports: We pull live data from NOAA SPC and NWS — if you believe a report is missing or wrong, please check directly at spc.noaa.gov or weather.gov for the official data.
- Property inspections, repairs, or insurance: We do not provide these services and cannot refer you to contractors. Please contact a licensed local contractor for inspections and your insurance company for claims.

We aim to respond to editorial inquiries within 5 business days. We may not respond to every message, particularly those requesting services we do not offer.
